I also can provide Infrared Thermal Imaging of flat commercial roofs. A Thermal Image of your roof can provide you with the following information:

* Detection of flat roof leaks for buildings, plants, and facilities

* Identification of water- damaged portions of a roof

* Elimination of unnecessary replacement of good roofing

* Penetration of leaking roof

* Accurate budget plans based on facts

* Documentation of problems prior to the warranty/bond expiration
