My premium inspection includes a building envelope inspection that includes exterior walls (weather permitting), interior walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and the foundation for a reasonable fee when done at the time of your home inspection. The use of Infrared allows me to offer you significant advantages over typical inspection companies. The moisture, insulation, and electrical problems I find using Infrared Imaging can save you hundreds of dollars.  Moisture problems can lead to mold growth causing a health hazard. Missing or poor insulation allow energy loss and contributes to high energy costs. Electrical problems can be a serious safety concern.
